Sri Lanka runs on coconut. Millions of coconuts are processed every year. The flesh, the oil, the water — all extracted, all valued. The shell? Discarded. Burned in open piles. A material with extraordinary natural properties — dense, hard, energy-rich — treated as worthless. We looked at that and saw something different.
Precision Manufacturing From a Waste Stream
We collect coconut shells after the agricultural industry is finished with them. Nothing new is harvested. No trees are cut. We take what was going to become smoke and ash on a village roadside and put it through a controlled, clean, high-temperature carbonisation process — producing one of the finest raw materials available to the activated carbon, water filtration, and gold recovery industries.
The Community Behind Every Tonne
Behind every tonne of charcoal we ship is a chain of people in Sri Lankan villages who now have consistent work and income from something that previously had no value. Shell collectors, kiln operators, quality sorters, packers, logistics teams. Real employment built on a material everyone else was burning for nothing.

Primary feedstock for manufacturers worldwide. Our fixed carbon levels and granule consistency make us the right starting material for premium activation processes.

Air Purification
Gas masks, solvent recovery systems, industrial air treatment. The same microporous structure that makes it excellent in water makes it outstanding in air.
Gold Recovery
Carbon-in-pulp and carbon-in-leach gold mining processes. High fixed carbon and low ash are critical specifications in this market. We meet them.

If a batch does not meet our internal specifications, it does not ship. It is reprocessed or used in lower-grade applications. We do not send a substandard batch with an apology and a discount.
